Privacy Policy — Fulove Scheduler

What this app does

Fulove Scheduler is a single-user content planning tool operated by FULOVE MEDIA (M) SDN. BHD. on behalf of Curtis Fu (@thecurtisfu). It assists a solo content creator with personal content strategy and workflow automation across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, and Xiaohongshu.

The app is not offered to third-party users. It is a private internal tool.

What data we collect

• Own account data. Instagram Business account data for Instagram accounts that Curtis directly administers (follower counts, post performance metrics, own captions). This data is already visible to the account owner in Meta Business Suite.
• Public competitor data. Publicly visible post data (captions, like counts, comment counts, timestamps, media permalinks) from a small curated list of public Instagram Business and Creator accounts selected manually by Curtis for content strategy research. Accessed via the Instagram Graph API Business Discovery endpoint. No private data, no direct messages, no user-submitted content.

What we do NOT collect

• No data from anyone who is not a public Instagram Business or Creator account.
• No data that is not already publicly visible on Instagram.
• No personally identifying information beyond a public Instagram username.
• No financial data, login credentials, device identifiers, or location data.
• No data from non-Instagram sources about third-party accounts.

How we use data

• Private content strategy analysis by Curtis only.
• Identification of content patterns and structural trends in the creator niche (international couples, fatherhood, expat lifestyle).
• Automated content drafting aids for Curtis's own posting across the platforms listed above.

How we store data

• Data is stored in a private Notion workspace controlled exclusively by Curtis.
• Rolling storage with no long-term retention beyond 90 days for competitor data.
• Own-account data is retained for historical trend analysis purposes.
• Data is not stored on public servers, not indexed by search engines, and not accessible to anyone other than Curtis.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. We do not distribute competitor analysis outputs publicly. All outputs are produced for Curtis's private use only.

Third-party services

The app uses these providers solely for its own internal operation:

• Anthropic Claude API — for natural language content generation based on Curtis's inputs
• Vercel — for hosting the application backend
• Cloudflare R2 — for private video storage
• Notion — for private data storage and state management

No data is shared with advertising networks, analytics providers, or any public services.

Children's data

The app does not knowingly collect data about children. Accounts scanned are public Instagram Business or Creator accounts operated by adult professionals.

Your rights

As this is a single-user app operated by its sole user (Curtis Fu under FULOVE MEDIA (M) SDN. BHD.), any public Instagram account whose public data is analyzed may request removal from the analysis list by contacting hellofulove@gmail.com. All data associated with that account will be deleted from the app's storage within 7 days of request.

Curtis does not have any third-party user base for this app, so standard user-rights provisions (e.g., GDPR data portability) do not apply in a user-facing sense. The operator (FULOVE MEDIA (M) SDN. BHD.) is both the sole user and the sole data controller.

Data retention

• Competitor analysis outputs: retained up to 90 days, then rolled out of active storage.
• Own account historical data: retained for trend analysis purposes, typically 1 to 2 years.
• All data can be deleted permanently upon request to hellofulove@gmail.com.

Security

• All API credentials stored as encrypted environment variables on Vercel.
• Notion workspace access restricted to Curtis via Notion's native access controls.
• Video storage on Cloudflare R2 with private bucket settings (no public read access).
• All external API calls use HTTPS.

Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted in a dated changelog below this section.
